There are two easy ways to measure your ring size manually:

Cut a small strip of paper, wrap it around the inside of the ring.
Mark the point where the paper overlaps using a sharp pencil.
Remove the paper and measure its length with a ruler. This gives you the inside circumference.

Using Inside Diameter:

Use a Vernier caliper to measure the inside diameter by placing the caliper’s jaws inside the ring.
Accurately note the measurement of the inside diameter.
